The Buffalo Bills are the narrowest of underdogs in their 2022 season opener.
The NFL announced Buffalo’s and every team’s schedule on Thursday. The league handed the Bills one of the marquee games of the year, right up there with the Super Bowl: The entire 2022 season opener.
Each year, the defending champions will host a foe on the occasion and the Los Angeles Rams will welcome the Bills to town for 2022’s first game.. The game will take place on Thursday.
In doing so, the Rams have a slight edge according to the oddsmakers. Among those giving LA the love is Tipico, who placed the Rams as a single-point favorite.
In 2021, the defending champs at the time in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Dallas Cowboys on opening day 31-29.
The Bills and Rams last met during the 2020 season. Buffalo won that day at home, 35-32.
