Rochester native and former Colorado St. wide receiver Justus Ross-Simmons announced Wednesday night that he is coming back to his home state:
Ross-Simmons had 45 catches for 724 Yds and 3 TDs last season on the Rams. The 6’3”, 205 lbs. wideout has two years of eligibility remaining, making him both a big-play complement for Oronde Gadsden, Jackson Meeks and others this season, and a candidate to lead the way in 2025.
Justus was originally a three-star prospect who chose Colorado State over Nevada in the 2022 cycle. Now, he’s the 17th addition to the Orange via the transfer portal this offseason. *Dozens* of other schools, including Alabama, Florida, Florida State, and Penn State also expressed their interest in the rising junior.
