The RedHawks update their white jerseys in anticipation of their MAC title defense.
Everybody wants to look fresh for the highly-anticipated release of EA Sports College Football 25.
Uniform reveals have been occupying the college football world all summer, up until today’s July 15 early release date for the video game. The Miami (OH) RedHawks joined the conversation Monday, unveiling new white uniforms for the 2024 season.

Miami’s new white jerseys contain several details different from their prior set. For one, the “Miami” across the chest changed to a script font. Additionally, the number font received a refresh, complemented by a drop shadow. Lastly, the shoulder sleeves no longer feature numbers, but rather, three thin red stripes.
The RedHawks also altered their pants, moving from white pants with one thin red stripe to white pants with a red-black-red tri-stripe. Although not shown in the reveal, the 2023 pants with the single red stripe may still be utilized this season.
Three helmet combinations were present at the uniform reveal — one white helmet with the traditional red “M” logo, one white helmet with a script “Miami” on one side and a number decal on the other, and one white helmet with a white “M” logo featuring a red outline. Different striping patterns are present for each helmet — a single red stripe for the traditional red “M” helmet, an argyle pattern for the script “Miami” helmet, and no stripe for the white “M” helmet.
Miami will not release new red jerseys this offseason, so those remain unchanged for 2024. At the conclusion of the 2023 Cure Bowl, all players took home their white jerseys, signifying the end of an era for that uniform which lasted three seasons from 2021-23.
Although revealed on the early release date of EA Sports College Football 25, it is not known if the jerseys will make it in the game, as they were not included in the beta release available to streamers and celebrities.

The defending MAC champions launch their 2024 season on the road at Northwestern, so there is a high probability the new white jerseys debut on that Saturday, Aug. 31.
