The draft might be over, but the night’s just getting started for dozens of former MAC football players.
After a hectic three-day stretch which saw over 775,000 people stroll through Detroit’s idyllic Woodward Avenue for the 2024 edition of the NFL Draft, all 257 selections are off the board.
But the weekend isn’t over yet; if anything, it has only just begun.
Over the next 48 hours, hundreds of players will have their phones ring with opportunities to continue their football careers at the next level as a undrafted free agent or a camp invitation.
