Bowl Season kicks off in style, with two MAC teams set to take the stage on the postseason’s opening day.
It’s the first day of the Bowl Season, hallelujah!
Today, we get two of our six MAC teams in action, as the MAC East champion and runner-up both take the field to try and collect wins for the conference. The RedHawks will take on the Sun Belt runner-up Appalachian State Mountaineers, while the Ohio Bobcats kick off the postseason with an early morning matchup against the Georgia Southern Eagles.

2023 Myrtle Beach Bowl: Ohio Bobcats vs. Georgia Southern Eagles

- When: Saturday, December 16th, 2023 at 11 a.m. Eastern time
- Weather: 61 degrees and cloudy with no chance of precipitation at kickoff. 70 percent humidity. Winds at 15 MPH.
- Gambling considerations: Georgia Southern is a 3.5-point favorite, with an over/under of 48.5, per DraftKings.
