The Syracuse Orange keep adding 2026 commitments with Tyrell Grant, Jr. the latest to verbally commit to the Orange.

The 6’1” Grant played quarterback and safety last year and is being recruited by Syracuse as a defensive back. You won’t be surprised that he’s also a sprinter on Nansemond River’s track team.
Grant isn’t ranked by recruiting services and Syracuse was his first P4 offer. However, he had offers from both Army and Navy, which should tell you about Grant’s ability to lead off the field as well.
Syracuse is now up to 21 commitments in the class, which is ranked 28th by 247 and 40th by On3.
