Punter U keeps kicking
The Syracuse Orange picked up two more Class of 2026 commitments yesterday.
First up was punter Jimmy Gregg from Morgantown, WV. The 6’1” Gregg chose the Orange over offers from West Virginia, Purdue and NC State. Gregg is rated the #1 punter in the class by 247 and he’s 5th on the Kohl’s Kicking rankings, which said he “has a D1 leg and has shown he can be a dominant punter”. No word on Gregg’s trick-play ability yet, but we’ll keep an eye out this fall to see if he can hurdle defenders.
