The 6’6” 285 lb. Charney selected Syracuse over offers from several schools, including USF, Temple and Florida Atlantic. He’s rated three-stars by 247 and will be playing his senior season for Cardinal Newman. Here’s a look at Charney’s film from 2024 where he was a tackle at The Benjamin School.
The 2026 Syracuse class is now ranked 21st in the country (7th in the ACC) by 247 and 36th (8th in the ACC) from On3. We anticipate a busy summer for Fran Brown and staff as campus visits will be picking up the next few weeks.
