Jim Boeheim’s Syracuse squad is at it again.
For some reason, the Orange just have a way of turning it on when the calendar turns to March. Syracuse jumped out to a massive 30-point lead at one point in their ACC Tournament matchup against Florida State Wednesday.
The team’s performance was the talk of the college hoops sector on social media.

“Syracuse leads Florida State, 49-26, at halftime of the ACC Tournament second round,” noted basketball writer Lukas Harkins.
“If the Orange end up winning this game, the program will have a better record in postseason games (.600) than regular-season games (.584) over the last seven seasons.”

“This [Syracuse] team is not good and the two guys who play the most are the sons of their 77-year-old head coach who gets mad any time anyone asks if he might retire soon,” said Uproxxx’s Bill DiFillipo. Adding, “They’re knocking off Gonzaga in a 1-13 game in the Sweet 16.”
