The Bills were busy with charity and community work this week, plus Ed Oliver was spotted on his horse, and Josh Allen featured in new Gatorade commercial
Another week, another edition of “Where the Buffalo Bills roam.” For Bills Mafia, this is your space to catch up on everything that Buffalo Bills players, staff and even the community have been involved in during the past week or so. Social media helps us to stay connected to our team and it’s here where you can check out the scoop all in one place.
This week, quite a few current and former players were involved in community service, such as Josh Allen and Eric Wood playing golf for Oishei Children’s hospital, Ray Davis partnering up with Fostering Greatness (which is aimed at helping local foster kids), and Mack Hollins touring the Massachusetts Avenue Project to celebrate a $50,000 commitment from the Bills Foundation.
Some other notables during the past week are Matt Milano being back and working on the sidelines during OTAs, Keon Coleman training with someone special, Ed Oliver spotted riding his horse, Josh Allen appearing in a Gatorade commercial and more!
Members of the Bills spend time in the community
Tyler Bass received a ton of negative attention and abuse following his missed field goal in the closing minutes of last season’s AFC Divisional Game. As Bills Mafia often does, the fan base began to rally around Buffalo’s kicker and ended up donating $400,000 to Ten Lives Club — a local cat rescue and adoption center. As a result of the community’s support, Ten Lives Club’s new shelter will be named the “Tyler Bass Adoption Center” in honor of him.
Wide receiver Mack Hollins took a trip with the Bills Foundation to the Massachusetts Avenue Project, a non-profit urban farm that teaches youth farming, kitchen and nutrition education. They also presented the farm with a $50,000 grant.
Rookie running back Ray Davis recently partnered up with Fostering Greatness, Inc., helping to collect clothes and suitcases for foster kids in Western New York. This cause happens to be close to his heart, as Davis was once a foster child himself in San Francisco, CA.
“That’s going to change the trajectory of foster care.”

Josh Allen, some of his family members and former Bills center Eric Wood teamed up recently to play some golf to benefit the John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital. Allen played before and after OTAs in the rain for 117 holes!

Matt Milano working on the sidelines during OTAs
It might not be much, but linebacker Matt Milano, who suffered a season-ending leg injury last year, was seen doing some stretches and jogging on the sidelines during OTAs. Bills fans are impatiently waiting for his return.

Of course it wouldn’t be a complete offseason if someone didn’t see Ed Oliver riding around on his horse.
