Even though Buffalo Bills linebacker turned himself in to police last week, he’s still available to play this week against the Kansas City Chiefs.
General manager Brandon Beane confirmed the news while speaking with the media on Wednesday. He also doesn’t expect Miller to be placed on the Commissioner’s Exempt List.

Miller turned himself in to police after his girlfriend accused him of assaulting her at their home in Dallas. He was at his home in Texas while the Bills were on their bye week following their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
After turning himself in, he was released on a $5,000 bond and is now back with the team.
Miller has played in eight games this season, totaling two tackles. He missed the start of the season because he was still recovering from a torn ACL.
Before he was with the Bills, he played for the Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos.
