There’s A Celebrity Battle Brewing Before Bills-Chiefs Game

Taylor Swift is not the only celebrity emotionally invested in this weekend’s playoff game between the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs.

While Swift has been dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce since the summer, actress Hailee Steinfeld’s reported relationship with Buffalo star quarterback Josh Allen dates back to earlier in 2023.

While the pair have not confirmed they are a couple, Steinfeld was reportedly in attendance at the Bills’ playoff win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday and may or may not have tried to start a friendly snowball fight while there.

On Thursday morning, the Buffalo Fanatics account on X/Twitter posted a split screen of Steinfeld in a Bills hat and Swift in her No. 87 Chiefs jacket in advance of Sunday night’s game.

“Hailee Steinfeld vs. Taylor Swift on Sunday?” reads the caption.

Interestingly, Swift and Steinfeld know each other pretty well, and the two were at least friendly as far back as 2015, as Syracuse.com notes.

Funnily enough, Steinfeld was part of Swift’s “squad” back in 2015 (during her “1989″ era). Swifties know all too well that Steinfeld appeared in Swift’s “Bad Blood” music video and was spotted frequently with Swift and her cadre of celebrity friends, including Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne, Martha Hunt, and Blake Lively.

Bills-Chiefs will kick off at 6:30 p.m. ET Sunday night on CBS.
