Stefon Diggs has been Josh Allen’s No. 1 target in Buffalo for the last four seasons, so the two know each other well.
In an interview with Yahoo Sports from Radio Row at the Super Bowl, Diggs shared one of Allen’s pregame secrets. Every week, before the team takes the field, the quarterback throws up.
“Every game, and sometimes at halftime. It’s like the Willie Beamen effect,” Diggs said, referring to Jamie Foxx’s character in Any Given Sunday.

Quarterbacks are supposed to be cool, calm and collected, but as a two-time Pro Bowler with a pair of top-five finishes in MVP voting, whatever Allen is doing before games seems to be working.
“Maybe I should start throwing up, I don’t know,” Diggs joked.
Over the last five regular seasons, Allen is 60-24 as a starter. However, he’s only 5-5 in the postseason, including an 0-3 mark against Patrick Mahomes.
Conquering the playoffs is the final step Allen needs to take as he moves forward with his already successful career.
