Stefon Diggs’ Brother, Trevon, Takes A Shot At Josh Allen

An injured Trevon Diggs watched the Buffalo Bills suffer an ugly Monday Night Football loss to the Denver Broncos. Stefon Diggs’ brother appeared to make a pointed comment about Josh Allen.

Stefon set season lows in targets (five), catches (three), and receiving yards (34) during the 24-22 loss. Meanwhile, Josh Allen threw two interceptions and lost a fumble.

Trevon wrote Monday night that 14 (Stefon’s jersey number) has “gotta get up outta there.” The following morning, he seemed to credit his little brother for Allen’s success.

“Let’s not forget, he didn’t start going off till bro got there,” Trevon wrote.

Without Stefon Diggs, Allen amassed 30 touchdowns and 21 interceptions through his first two seasons. The No. 7 pick completed just 56.3 percent of his passes.

Allen has completed 66 percent of his passes since Buffalo acquired the star wide receiver. He’s tossed at least 35 touchdowns in each of the last three seasons, finishing second in the 2020 MVP voting and third in 2022.

Since Stefon joined the Bills, only Patrick Mahomes has more passing touchdowns than Allen. Stefon leads the NFL with 411 receptions during that time and is only 132 yards away from his fourth straight 1,000-yard campaign.

This isn’t the first time Trevon has caused a stir by talking about his sibling on social media. When a Bills reporter was caught on a hot mic talking about Stefon in September, the Dallas Cowboys cornerback said he wanted to get his brother “somewhere safe.”

Allen may not have risen to such lofty heights without his superstar teammate, but he and the Bills will hope they don’t find out how the quarterback would fare without him.

After falling to 5-5, the Bills play a pivotal AFC East matchup against the New York Jets in Week 11. They then go on the road to play the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles before hosting Trevon’s Cowboys.
