For the second week in a row, the elements could have an impact on the Buffalo Bills’ home playoff game.
A lake effect snow warning is in place in Erie County through 7 p.m. Thursday with accumulations of one to three feet expected. A travel ban has been issued in Orchard Park, home of Highmark Stadium.
As of now, no snow is in the forecast for Sunday, when the Bills are slated to host the Kansas City Chiefs in an AFC Divisional Round game.
Here are updated forecast snowfall amounts.
This is the additional snowfall that is expected from 1 pm this afternoon through 7 pm Thursday.

Still, it’s possible that the aftereffects of this midweek storm could impact travel, and snow removal at Highmark might again be an issue.
The Bills’ Wild Card matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers, originally scheduled for last Sunday, was moved to Monday because of last weekend’s fierce snowstorm.

The Bills and Chiefs are set to kick off at 6:30 p.m. ET Sunday night on CBS.
The winner will move on to the AFC Championship Game, where, depending on the result of the other Divisional Round game, they will either host the Houston Texans or travel to Baltimore to face the top-seeded Ravens.
