Update (12:37 p.m.): The Bills have confirmed Poyer suffered an elbow injury and he will undergo further evaluation.
The starting safety tandem for the Bills has Buffalo on pins and needles once again.
According to numerous reports from St. John Fisher University including WKBW-TV, the site of the team’s training camp, Jordan Poyer has left practice due to a left wrist or forearm injury.
Poyer sustained the injury on Tuesday, the eighth day of Bills training camp this offseason.
