Orchard Park, NY (WGR 550) – Buffalo Bills fans can breath a bit easier.
After missing Wednesday’s practice unexpectedly with a foot injury, wide receiver John Brown was back on the field on Thursday.
While Brown was back on the field, linebacker Matt Milano was not. Milano suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday’s win over the New York Jets and has not practiced yet this week, which doesn’t look good for his chances to play on Sunday when the team travels to South Florida to take on the Miami Dolphins.
Two new players popped up on the injury report on Thursday. Defensive end Jerry Hughes (calf) and wide receiver Isaiah Mckenzie (hamstring) were both listed as “limited”. They will be two players to monitor on Friday’s final injury report, as well.
Linebacker Tremaine Edmunds was on the field, but wearing a red non-contact jersey. He was listed as limited, and also had his status from Wednesday corrected to limited.
Linebacker Del’Shawn Phillips also missed practice again as he’s dealing with a quad injury, but linebacker Tyrel Dodson was present and no longer wearing the red non-contact jersey. He was listed as a full participant.
