How to watch, stream and listen to Buffalo Bills vs. San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football

November 25, 2024 by WIVB 4

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Following the bye week, the Bills will return to action on Sunday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers at 8:20 p.m.

Here’s how you can watch, stream and listen to the game.

Television

Bills vs. 49ers will air on NBC. Mike Tirico will be on play-by-play with Cris Collinsworth doing color commentary and Melissa Stark serving as the sideline reporter.

Buffalo Kickoff Live will air at 11 a.m. on WNLO and 11:30 a.m. on WIVB.

Streaming

The game will air on the NBC Sports App as well as Peacock. The game should be accessible via fuboTV and YouTube TV. NFL+ is also an option, although that platform only allows mobile and tablet viewing.

Radio

The game will air locally on WGR 550, with Chris Brown on play-by-play, Eric Wood doing color and Sal Capaccio on the sidelines.

Who is on Buffalo Kickoff Live?

News 4’s Josh Reed and Carl Jones anchor our coverage, along with Thad Brown from our sister station in Rochester, WROC. They’re joined by Sal Capaccio from WGR 550, Tim Graham from The Athletic and Matt Parrino from Syracuse.com.

What should I know about the 49ers?

San Francisco, last year’s NFC champions who lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl, are 5-6 on the season and are coming off a 38-10 loss to the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

The 49ers were without starting quarterback Brock Purdy in the loss due to a shoulder injury, with Brandon Allen starting in his place. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Sunday morning that the 49ers believe that Purdy will be able to return against Buffalo.

Since he returned from injury, star running back Christian McCaffrey has averaged 49.7 yards per game on the ground and has yet to score a touchdown.

On defense, lineman Nick Bosa is tied for 14th in the league with 7.0 sacks on the season.

This will be the first time since 2020 the Bills and 49ers have played each other, a 34-24 win for Buffalo. The last time San Francisco traveled to Highmark Stadium was in 2016.

Betting line

As of Monday, the Bills are 6.5 point favorites on FanDuel SportsBook.

Next game

The Bills will head out to the west coast to face the Los Angeles Rams at 4:25 p.m. on Dec. 8.
