How to watch, stream and listen to Bills vs. Chiefs on Sunday

October 28, 2025 by WIVB 4

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The Buffalo Bills are set for the next chapter of their rivalry with the Kansas City Chiefs at 4:25 p.m. Sunday at Highmark Stadium.

Here’s how you can watch, stream and listen to the game.

Television

The game’s on 4. WIVB, the official broadcast station of the Buffalo Bills, will carry the game in the Buffalo market. CBS will send its top broadcast crew of Jim Nantz, Tony Romo and Tracy Wolfson to the game.

Coverage begins with Bills Kickoff Live at 11 a.m. on the CW-23 and 11:30 a.m. on WIVB. At noon, the NFL Today show will be live from Highmark Stadium with the crew of host James Brown with analysts Bill Cowher, Nate Burleson and Matt Ryan.

Streaming

Local viewers can stream the WIVB feed on Paramount+, and the game should be accessible via fuboTV and YouTube TV as well. NFL+ is also an option, although that platform only allows mobile and tablet viewing. Out-of-market viewers can catch the game with NFL Sunday Ticket.

Radio

The game can be heard locally on WGR with Chris Brown and Eric Wood on the call, and Sal Capaccio as the sideline reporter.

Who is on Bills Kickoff Live?

News 4’s Josh Reed and Carl Jones will anchor our coverage. They are joined by Thad Brown from our sister station in Rochester, WROC. Sal Capaccio from WGR 550, Tim Graham from “The Athletic” and Matt Parrino from Syracuse.com round out the team coverage.

Betting line

As of Tuesday afternoon, the Bills are listed as 1.5 point underdogs on FanDuel SportsBook. This is the first time this season that Buffalo is listed as an underdog going into a game.

What should I know about the Chiefs?

Not much else needs to be said about the Bills and Chiefs history against each other in recent years. Kansas City has eliminated Buffalo in the playoffs four times in the past five seasons, including last season’s AFC championship game, but the Bills hold a 4-1 advantage in the regular season in the Josh Allen vs. Patrick Mahomes era.

This year, the Chiefs are 5-3 after a win against the Washington Commanders on Monday night. Mahomes is second in the league in passing yards with 2,099 on the season, trailing only Los Angeles Charges QB Justin Herbert. Mahomes is tied for the league lead with 17 passing touchdowns. Eight different Kansas City players have caught for a touchdown, led by Hollywood Brown with four. On the ground, Isiah Pacheco has rushed for a team-high 329 yards and Kareem Hunt has four touchdowns.

On defense, safety Chamarri Conner (63) and linebacker Nick Bolton (61) both rank in the top 20 in the league in tackles.

Both the Bills and Chiefs rank in the top five offenses in the league.

Next game

The Bills will travel to Miami to face the Dolphins at 1 p.m. on Nov. 9.
