The stage is set for another playoff encounter between Josh Allen’s Buffalo Bills and Patrick Mahomes’ Kansas City Chiefs.
On Saturday night, Mahomes led Kansas City to a 26-7 win over the Miami Dolphins. Two days later, Allen accounted for four touchdowns in a 31-17 triumph over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
For the third time in the last four years, the Bills and Chiefs will collide in the postseason. Kansas City won the last two matchups at Arrowhead, but Buffalo will host the AFC Divisional Round game on Sunday.
Viewers are pumped for a rematch between the superstar quarterbacks.
“Patrick Mahomes vs. Josh Allen again but last 5 straight battles have been in Arrowhead. This one is in Orchard Park. CAN’T WAIT,” NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe wrote.

If the NFL did map out the season beforehand, the league would have probably booked another Chiefs/Bills matchup.
The last time they met in the Divisional Round, Mahomes only needed 13 seconds to get Kansas City in Harrison Butker’s range for a game-tying field goal. Kansas City pulled off a 42-36 overtime triumph in one of the greatest games ever.
Mahomes and Allen combined for 707 passing yards, 137 rushing yards, and eight touchdowns.
The Bills have gained a small dose of revenge by winning the last two regular-season matchups. That includes a 20-17 victory at Arrowhead in December that helped them win the AFC East and receive home-field advantage for this showdown.
Fans will hope Mahomes and Allen deliver another instant classic on Sunday night. The game starts at 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
