Although Hamlin has been active once before this season, he has not recorded a stat. The third-year pro did play 18 special teams snaps against the Miami Dolphins in Week 4.
The Bills brought Hamlin back into the fold slowly after he suffered cardiac arrest last season in a matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Hamlin could play tonight especially with Pro Bowl safety Micah Hyde dealing with a neck injury. At the very least, we’d expect to see him on special teams units.
The Bills have struggled so far this season, with nobody expecting the Super Bowl contender to be holding a 5-4 record heading into this Monday night matchup.
