Watching from the comforts of his own home (or hotel room in New Orleans before facing the Saints), Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes couldn’t help but laugh about something in Saturday’s Buffalo Bills win.
The sequence didn’t really matter much in the end because the Bills (11-3) ended up blowing out the Denver Broncos, 48-19. But on one drive in particular, Buffalo quarterback Josh Allen scored… several times.
Allen threw a touchdown pass to Lee Smith from the goal line… it was called back because of a pass interference penalty on, of all players, offensive lineman Ryan Bates. Two players later, Allen completed a pass to Isaiah McKenzie and he scored.
Once again, it was called back. On this occasion, Allen could be heard yelling, “How many times do we gotta score?!”
This play also prompted a response from Mahomes, too. Evidently he couldn’t believe the penalties being called against the Bills either, as he took to his social media account on Twitter to even laugh about it:
Man has 3 passing TDs on this drive somehow

The second touchdown for Buffalo was called back because of an illegal formation penalty. The Bills ended up settling for a 27-yard chip shot field goal from Tyler Bass to bring the score to 38-13.
With the game so much in favor of the Bills, it looks like this occasion brought the color narration out of the quarterbacks both on the field and at home.
