It was announced Thursday that an arrest warrant has been issued for Bills edge rusher Von Miller.
Miller’s pregnant girlfriend accused him of assaulting her on Wednesday in Dallas. Moments ago, Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports provided an update from a spokesperson for the Dallas Police Department.
The preliminary investigation from the Dallas Police Department determined that Miller and the victim “got into a verbal argument and the suspect assaulted the victim.”
Miller apparently left the scene before the police arrived. Although the victim wasn’t transported to the hospital, she was “treated for minor injuries.”

The Bills have issued the following statement on Miller: “This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller. We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”
Buffalo is currently on its bye week. Miller’s status for Week 14 is up in the air to say the least.
