Judging by the latest weather forecast, it’s going to be tough for the Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers to have success through the air this Sunday.
AccuWeather is currently showing winds gusts near 50 mph for Sunday’s playoff game. The temperature won’t be delightful either, as there’s a high of 24 degrees.
If this Sunday’s wind gusts are around 50 mph, that would make the Steelers-Bills showdown one of the windiest games in NFL history.
The Bills actually played in similar conditions during the 2021 season. They ended up losing to the Patriots on “Monday Night Football” in large part because their passing attack was neutralized by 55 mph wind gusts.
The NFL is about to experience two of the most extreme weather games in its history.

Despite how brutal the weather is shaping up to be for Sunday’s game, the NFL hasn’t shown any signs of making changes to its schedule.
Kickoff for this weekend’s Steelers-Bills game will be at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.
