During yesterday’s overtime loss to the Eagles, Buffalo Bills defensive lineman Jordan Phillips could be seen getting into a shouting match with a group of Philadelphia fans.
A frustrated Phillips yelled at the fans, and his teammate Shaq Lawson even appeared to shove one of them.
It was a jarring scene, but one that has an explanation, according to Phillips.
Oh boy.. during the #Eagles game, #Bills player Jordan Phillips got right in the face of fans after they talked trash to him.

On Instagram Monday, Phillips claimed that someone in the stands threatened his family.
“I love the crowd I love rowdy fans it makes the game fun. But one thing I’m not going to tolerate is someone threatening me or my family. This is a line that shouldn’t be crossed,” Phillips captioned the post.
With Phillips now saying someone in the crowd made threats, we’d expect Bills reporters to follow up and ask for more information on the incident.
We’ll see what Phillips, Lawson or another member of the organization has to say when asked.
Phillips made two tackles in the Bills’ 37-34 loss, which ended on a walk-off touchdown run by the Eagles’ Jalen Hurts late in overtime.
