Bills make sure Cole Beasley is in training camp arrival video a lot

July 28, 2021 by Bills Wire Leave a Comment

In what is a yearly tradition, the Buffalo Bills gave an inside look into the start of training camp and first things first… the players have to physically show up and be in the building in order to get camp started.

On Tuesday, that happened. The Bills posted a video to social media which showed player after player arriving at the team facility in Orchard Park.

Without a doubt, one of the players featured the most was wide receiver Cole Beasley.

That comes after a long past few weeks of debating the COVID-19 vaccine on social media, including doing so with a couple of teammates. After that, all parties involved did acknowledge everything is still on good terms between them, but the Bills also appear to be doing their due diligence with the video as well.

Beasley is happy in it and so were some of his teammates that were shown with him. Beasley checks in a few times during the feature, with quarterback Josh Allen also receiving a long run of screen time.

Interestingly, Beasley is shown in the building’s doorway greeting teammates but the unvaccinated player does not have a mask on. The NFL has announced some policies in recent weeks which do penalize players and teams for COVID-19 outbreaks involving players who were breaking protocol and did not receive the vaccine.

Regardless, here’s the video released by the team:

During the early parts of minicamp this spring, Beasley did do some watching from the sidelines after breaking a bone in his leg toward the end of last season. Eventually the slot wideout did get on the field, though.

He’s expected to be a full-go when the Bills get on the field first first time this week on Wednesday.
