A day after every player from the Buffalo Bills’ active roster showed up to the East Side of Buffalo on Wednesday to help the area out, some other familiar faces followed suit.
Team owners Terry and Kim Pegula, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, and former Bills greats such as Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas and Bruce Smith got in on the action. Familiar faces from the Buffalo Sabres were there, too.
The weekend prior, a mass shooting took the lives of 10 local residents in an allegedly racially-motivated crime. After the current players handed out hot food and meals on Wednesday, the next group paid their respect and handed out groceries at a nearby community center according to the Buffalo News.
