The Bills were dealt a couple of blows when 2021 training camp began on Wednesday. Among those were Dion Dawkins, who was placed on the team’s Reserve/COVID-19 list along with Ike Boettger.
The two offensive linemen now have their start to the upcoming season stalled until they’re fit and ready to go. That news came down before either could even suit up at all.
So far the duo seem to be OK as they’re both interacting on social media while sidelined. However, it was Dawkins (who is more active on social media than Boettger to be fair) that felt like giving a shoutout to the Buffalo faithful this week.
Via his social media account on Twitter, Dawkins thanked Bills Mafia for helping him through his trying time. He said he feels the love from fans.
