The Buffalo Bills did not make a selection in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft on Thursday as they decided to trade back twice in order to get more picks. For a Buffalo team that is in somewhat of a retooling period after the departures of some key veteran contributors, they are not wasting time trying to refill those coffers with young talent to serve as depth for now.
To that point, the Bills added some depth to the offensive line by taking Georgia center Sedrick Van Pran-Granger with the 141st overall pick (fifth round) on Saturday. As it stands, Pran-Granger will be the backup center to projected starter Connor McGovern.
